We are a church who are passionate about knowing God and sharing the love of Jesus in our community. We do this by sharing food, sharing our homes and serving the neighbourhood.
We gather each Sunday at 10am, 68 Freyberg St, Lyall Bay (entrance behind St. Jude’s church) . Services include both contemporary and traditional elements, with plenty of opportunities for tamariki to get involved.
On the first Sunday of the month, instead of our usual service, join us for a beach clean. Coffee & kai kicks off at 9am @ Lyall Parade Playground.
Lyall Bay Community Church is a plant of Re-New Communities, a network of churches and ministries which exist to revive the local Church. Also in our network are Blueprint Church, Brooklyn Anglicans, and The Wellington Free Store. We are a Pioneer Mission Venture of the Anglican Diocese of Wellington.
Our community is led by Rev. Jax Clark and a leadership team of lay people who live in the neighbourhood.

Sunday Services
God is at work all of the time, on Sundays we gather to tell the stories.
Join up at 9:45am for a coffee, followed by service from 10am. There are plenty of opportunities for tamariki to get involved - kids & families are very welcome. We meet at St Jude’s Hall, 68 Freyberg Street. -
![Monthly Beach Clean]()
Beach Clean
On the first Sunday of the month, instead of our usual service, we join the LB Coastal Care team to clean the beach as a way to love on our moana & whenua. Coffee & kai kicks off at 9am @ Lyall Parade Playground. Followed by liturgy & beach clean from 9:30am.

We gather with our wider Re-new whānau to learn, connect and share great stories of what Jesus is up to in our neighbourhoods. Key events are - Re-new Hui (3 May) & weekend-long camp in October.
