We are a church who are passionate about knowing God and sharing the love of Jesus in our community. We do this by sharing food, sharing our homes and serving the neighborhood.
We meet 10am Sundays at 68 Freyberg St, Lyall Bay.
Lyall Bay Community Church is a plant of Re-New Communities, a network of churches and ministries which exist to revive the local Church. Also in our network are Blueprint Church, Brooklyn Anglicans, and The Wellington Free Store. We are a Pioneer Mission Venture of the Anglican Diocese of Wellington.
We affirm the Nicene Creed and the Apostles Creed as the basics of Christian belief. We believe that Jesus was really the Son of God, that he died and physically rose again from the dead, and that this event has changed the universe and our lives forever.
Our community is led by Rev. Jax Clark and a leadership team of lay people who live in the neighbourhood.

Beach Clean
First Sunday of the month. 9am coffee, kai, and liturgy. Then we join the Lyall Bay Coastal Care team to look after our neighbourhood. Meet at St Jude’s Hall 68 Freyberg Street.
